JOHN STRUCKMANNIntegrity Home Contracting
"Being a part of the program also fits into our vision of 'raising the bar' by being factory certified and parterning with one of the best manufacturers in our industry". |

It's John's passion for building a world class business that improves peoples living standards that motivates him on a daily basis. John's excitement for residential improvements begain in college where he worked for a residential painting company working his way up from branch manager to general manager of the Virginia division by his last year in college. His experience incorporated sales, production and human resources. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in psychology, John founded Integrity Home Contracting in 2007. They quickly grossed $1 million in sales in 2008 and over $1.3 million in sales in 2010.
The goal of this fast-paced growth? To position themselves as the premier full service contractor in the Charlottesville area. Integriy offers remodeling, specialty, and handyman services. "I'm most excited about changing the way home improvement is done in Charlottesville. By raising the bar by being the most professional contractor in the market, our competitors will have to step up, ultimately improving the remodeling experience for the residents of the greater Charlottesville area."
But John and Integrity knew that levarging the help of others would only accelerate this goal and thus decided to become a Case license |
and member of the Case/ThermaTru program. "By working with Case, we're learning and implemeting the processes and systems to support our company vision."
"Being a licensee has changed just about everything we do. For me, working closely with the industry's best gives us a model to follow, thus allowing for a much clearer company vision. Besides the clarity of vision and purpose, I think on a day-to-day tactical level, our communication is smoother, allowing us to focus on laying the groundwork to execute our processes like a professional sports team."
As for why John and his team made the decision to join the Case/ThermaTru program, "I think being a 'Certified Installer' gives our carpenters some added pride in what they do and who they are. Being a part of the program also fits into our vision of 'raising the bar' by being factory certified and parterning with one of the best manufacturers in our industry.
As for words of wisdom from John for others..."My best advice would be, 'don't reinvent the wheel. If you truly want to master the home improvement business, why not work with a company that already has." |
